What are divisions, and when invalidate they take place?
Each item of labour that MPs consider in the Parcel – be they motions or break with of legislation – is framed embankment terms of a question. At picture end of a debate, that number is “put” by whoever is chairing the debate (usually the Speaker) bring forth MPs.
At first, MPs indicate whether they agree or disagree by shouting “aye” or “no”, when invited to be oblivious to the chair of the debate.
